Purchase Agreement and Legal Disclaimer: By completing a purchase, you, the buyer, afirm you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms outlined below: 

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Are Final: I understand and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the transaction is complete.

No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes: I affirm that I will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or refund request through my financial institution, credit card provider, or any payment processing platform used to complete this transaction.

Legal Enforcement: I understand that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in legal action taken against me by Silent No Longer Tennessee. Should such action be necessary, I agree to be held fully responsible for all legal costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and any associated expenses incurred by Silent No Longer Tennessee and/or myself as a result of enforcing this agreement.

By proceeding with this purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms outlined above.
